Yea the Volvo is still my daily. Im basically just glad i have a project car. There are a few cars I’d really like to have over an E30 but the hassle of selling and buying and title transfers and all that makes me keep my car. I hate the whole process of selling or buying a car.

You can fix your trans cooler line by buying my 5sp swap up in Indy.

Also forget about the cold air intake. Just get a drop in K&N and call it a day. Spend your money elsewhere, like on inj and a chip.

Little late coming in for your struggles, but I had a m20b27 equipped with a KA intake a few years ago. I cant imagine the design has changed enough to make it that much larger.

I do remember having difficulties fitting the accordion duct onto the filter and routing it somewhere useful behind the headlight.

Havn't done anything new.

Got some trim painted but no photos to show it. Windshield trim painted satin black. Exterior door pillars painted satin black.

Also ordered coilovers which should be here in the next week or two. Add them to the never ending "to-do" list.

Hung out with some local friends over the weekend. Only car boys I like hanging out with.
