The volume of 5x120 wheel options alone makes me drool.

    Sedan , 5MT , tan leather , heated seats .
I'm really stoked to own one because as you mentioned , there is quite a volume 5x120 wheels.

Good deal. Go with what YOU want - not what the inturw38s says.

        CAtuned visit

So upon heading back to Boise from Bay Area for work ,
I decided to visit the CATUNED shop .

I got to meet Igor who is a super cool guy and he let me snap some pics.
There work is exceptional and these guys can really build anything .

picture quality don't do these cars justice

My advice would be to put your car at a reasonable market level and you'd sell it or trade it.

keep the vert, put a car cover over it, get a cheap winter beater. problem solved? i have a toyota pickup and ive had it since 2011, well before i got my e30 vert, and the truck remains my inclement weather vehicle. i never understood why somebody would get a convertible as their sole mode of transportation, but i always like having a backup so that might just be me.

I would get a second car , but I currently don't have enough money to buy a second car. if it doesnt get traded by this November than i'll throw a good cover over her and let her sit out the winter .

i suppose thats a good way to go about it. if you dont end up getting rid of it, make sure you get a quality car cover. some of the cheaper ones like to disintegrate over winter. (ask me how i know) and epecially dont use a tarp and bungee cords because RIP to your paint finish if you do

                      Decided on keeping the E30.

Registered her and bought a 325es decklid and then filled her up.

And also see that e36 in the back ? Should I start a build thread for it ? Plans are track setup suspension and boost next year .

Good call on keeping it. You're in for one hell of a winter though, especially if you're going to try to make it to the slopes in it.

Definitely spend the money for a good cover. Does your top leak? I'd look into top maintenance and anything you can do to keep it healthy. Covering it when you're not driving it will really help. Winter/snow tires will also be a must. If you're strapped for cash, consider a second hand set of winter tires

                              Thanks , the top doesn't leak , it's brand new .
I will invest money in a good cover and even hope to find a set of bottlecaps for cheap.. I will just have to bug friends to give me rides to the slopes now.
I don't think I'm willing to risk driving her up the mountain.

I drove my eta up to Bogus all the time in bad weather, they don't do as bad as you'd think. The roads are plowed a lot, and almost always clear, especially the highway to McCall. Also, it hardly snows in Boise, and we don't salt the roads, so you can run your STR wheels without worrying.
