So I've got my engine on a stand, but I might buy an s52 parts-car friday so this one will be up for grabs or parts.

My good friend "ArtFoodBmw" traded me his 2.93 LSD for my 3.73 so I'm set in the realm of differentials, and I ordered a clutch/flywheel setup that should be here next week.

The last thing I need to figure out is what header setup I'll be going with.

I've put 500 miles on the new clutch and for the first time in months have been able to have fun with my car again.

I also switched to OBD2 stock headers and my exhaust setup has changed a bit.

Weird that your pressure plate isn't blue? or did you just buy it separately from the flywheel?

I'm running the FX stage 3, so very similar to yours besides a 6-puck sprung disc. Really happy with it so far, just concerned about how much it really holds, and how short the lifespan of the 6-puck will be.

I believe FX sells two kinds of flywheels, blue which is aluminum and mine which is chromoly.

I've read the chromoly is better so that's the one I went with.

I'm sure the aluminum one is lighter, but IMO the one piece steel flywheel is harder to fuck up making, and probably lasts longer.

I meant the pressure plate, usually they spray paint them blue. I guess they were feeling lazy that day? lol.

Just looks way better without the blue, I wish they'd just stop...

Unfortunately I won't be attending anymore.
I'm moving to Portland this Friday to start work and hopefully get into a trade school there.

I walked into the warehouse of F1 Racing for a clutch long time ago looking for the will-call section area and they were literally spray painting them on hung wires in the back
