      Thank you all my dudes!

^I'm up in Mesa, I meet a lot of e30 guys.. maybe we've met.. regardless join us for a meet up, maybe a cruise

      Progress ensues..

Turns out if you don't go grocery shopping you can buy more car parts..

      Milled bracket for e36 VTPS

AFM delete and GM IAT sensor

      AEM wideband

Audio? glove box? no, race car!

Literally 5 pounds of unused wire pulled out of the front of the car/dash.

      Stealth.. I might run it

      Modifying a spare VC

      Completed with catch can

Land rover disco throttle body.. slightly bigger ~3mm at the butterfly. Refurbed to single cable, heater block off, and handmade spring bushings.

last but not least - a spare manifold.

      Gasket matched

Clears the master, relay post, dipstick, and filter housing..

That's all for now! Good luck tig welder..

What about the late model euro bumpers?

Not much progress on the bumper, aesthetics are low priority right now. I did get some trim to wrap all the way around but I need to make the end caps. Tried cutting up the US trim, but no luck. Euro trim might work but I have none to test. If anyone has Euro end caps they can measure that'd be awesome. :D

So a cop pulled me over.. for reasons.. But he was super cool and we chatted about the car for a while. He made a comment about needing a new rear bumper... and well, he's right - I've strayed from my power adders and finished this PITA-Eurostyle-aluminium-thing.

First I rivet some 1/8th aluminium into the channel - this provides the necessary height to mount the trim, and also solidifies the bumper as one piece.

            Mock the trim

After many hours of making custom end caps. I was not satisfied.. so I decided to make an e21 style.. days of work would have been saved if I left these sections on the bumper...

            Fab both sides

Aluminium brazing is possible, and IMO way more work then its worth, buy an A/C TIG for bonding this stuff.

Now the hard part - blend and polish.

            Be happy its over

The bumper looks great. I would run it. I look forward to seeing what you do with the front.

                          loooool

I picture dumped on my work computer, so Ill have to post the rest Monday.

But good news, emissions passed (some how?).. so two more years on the plates. Turbo time!

Intake manifold is done and was a bitch to weld.

Head gasket and studs should be on order soon.

Wasted spark is up and running.

Shhhh no one will see the M

                          Turned some throttle bushings

                          Tease.. expect 16x9.5

And last but not least, my sisters Easter bunny
