    Installed, fit's perfect.

I couldn't find the rear belts, but I'll install them later to keep the left/right plastic 'guides' or whatever they are called in place.

They have an additional item behind it, but the main shelf as pictured will fit just fine. I am still cleaning it up and will swap it out tomorrow.

Wow, I thought that the M3 shelf would be different considering it has a different rear window. Very nice.

Well, finally got a rear shelf that I always wanted for this car. Since my car doesn't have any provision for a 3rd brake light and I can't stand the very early "flat" rear speaker shelfs I think this will look right at home.

This is an e30m3 rear shelf since they don't have a 3rd brake light mounted on the bottom like all e30s.

    premium e30 vs e30m3 shelf.

Ideally I would of liked one w/o premium speakers from an e30m3 but this will do.. now I don't have to also worry about getting a ticket for a non functioning 3rd brake light :)

Just the H4s and stock high beams for now since I barely ever use them. I plan on eventually replacing them with H1s, right now I am trying not to spend money on parts not related to the engine swap.

hahaha when you started the thread saying you sold your black e30 and got an e32 I thought you meant you sold this one! Thank god you still have it. If you are looking for blue houndstooth rear seats and door cards to match your sport seats a guy on e30tech is selling them. Check em out

what kind of headlights do you have? Those are H1/H4's or sealed? Bowties?

Can't wait to see the swap happening. Judging from your previous efforts it'll end up being very well done.

In the next few weeks I hope :) Waiting on a couple last parts to arrive and then it's on.

Valance does have a slight bend in it, and the picture makes it look worse than it really is for some reason..

Not too sure about this lip, but I'll sand/paint it, and give it a shot.

A couple of days ago car lost all of it's coolant through this tb coolant hose.

M10 is really on it's last legs now, having a hard time to build up oil pressure in the am, smokes now, and rod knock. Bottom end is toast.

Nate/Bruce - I'll have to find time and look for an e28 535i radiator/hoses. I can't wait to ditch this m10, but I gotta have all my parts lined up to make the swap as quickly as possible.
