    Well the time has come. I have made the decision to completely restore my E24.
    At this time I am not sure which direction Ill head under the hood, but I know which color combo Ill use.
    I think Ill keep it a secret for now though.

    Where she started.
    86 635csi
    5 speed
    115k miles


    now for the tear down.






    found a kinda better dash
    Im gonna practice on the old dash and try my hand at repairing these cracks

          V notch the cracks, fill with body filler, sand smooth and flock the sucker! Flocking is so damn nice looking.

                          Looks pretty nice before.

                          I hope you can finish it up and get it back on the road... so many of these projects stall out and just turn a nice car into a part out.

                              coated the gauge surround in a textured finish.



                              fist layer of rubberized coating to seal it up. next is high build primer then texture coat.
