Pulled the transmission, cleaned it up, replaced all the seals, it definitely was leaking and needed it. Replaced the rear main, I'll do the front seals next weekend.
Got an 8lb. Flywheel to mate up to a Clutch Masters FX250, should be perfect for the street and back roads blasting.
Got a call from the machine shop, the cam is scarred, and they're recommending not to reuse it.

Looking at a 272 Shrick, but, open to suggestions.
I opted to save a bit of money and used the billet Ireland Engineering/Bimmerheads 272 (very similar to schrick specs) in my build, and it's been fantastic so far. Broke in just like it should, power is very strong. I'd recommend.
what’s the plan for the motor? Boost, built, swap? ;D
Nothing right now, clean it up, and get it running as well as I can.
I looked into performance heads and cams, but the costs are too great to justify when looking at the HP/TQ bumps. The M20 is pretty stout from the factory.
Probably can't go red VC now huh? Total clash of clans with the orange.
