What did you do to your E30 today?

finally redid my shadowline, repainted pfeba lip, and replaced failing o2 sensor with a Bosch universal.

Pulled out all the rear suspension, trailing arms, subframe, diff ect... To make way for new urethane bushings :D. Also going to sand back and repaint all the components under there to clean it up. And fix my leaky diff.

I spaced my RaceSkids skid plate so it sits a bit further from the oil pan :)

OT: not an E30, but i got new headlights, broke the old ones

Finished some paint and assembly on the ratty 325i.

Fitted 4.27 diff and had the joy of rear section of tailshaft part company with front half. Fun

I looked at it today and then installed a Tv tuner to my Benz.

Installed factory looking floor lights using a 2nd set of interior lights from a donor car. placed them in the floor speaker covers in a vertical position next to the speaker hole. Now I can see my feet at night.

installed a 16in spal fan and tossed the mechanical one. If someone needs a fan clutch i have a good one

Fixed: dome lights and light timer, central locking, OBC temp sensor, hood release handle.

Found: leaking transmission cooler line, bad pass. front wheel bearing.

One step forward, two big-ass steps back. *sigh*

shift kit and 4.27 almost killed me today in the rain:) shifted into second which swung the back left and then right and then left.

I'm gonna take my S3.73 out and put in a S2.93, in hopes that I will get traction before the end of 3rd.

Picked up my e30 from the shop. new subframe bushings, new diff bushing, cracked subframe now welded and reinforced.

Hopefully I won't break it again soon ;)
