What did you do to your E30 today?

Installed factory looking floor lights using a 2nd set of interior lights from a donor car. placed them in the floor speaker covers in a vertical position next to the speaker hole. Now I can see my feet at night.

That sounds cool, I may give it a shot.

I redid my EJnight skid plate AGAIN :) Added some different spacers for clearance on the oil pan. It's awesome!

I bought a 20L drum of degreaser this arvo, degreased my subframe, 1x trailing arm, removed my half shaft with the torn boot ready to go buy another one and degreased my diff.

Sanded back my subframe, was about to undercoat it when I realised my old man fucked my spraygun. Got to buy another one tomoro.

hey my subframes clunking now also, wonder if its the 4.27's fault(i've been getting sideways a lot more lately)

Couldn't say. I rally-x my car, so it gets the crap beat out of it one way or another. Now my front end is clunking ever so gently. I think it's the tie rods. Everything else feels fine.

Just finished painting my new (old) side moldings with vinyl paint, now they're a nice, deep black. Just a little bit of gloss, but not too much.

Sanded back my trailing arms, undercoated the subframe, and trailing arms.
Sanded back my new boot lid while I was waiting for undercoat to dry, then I undercoated that.
Then i sanded back my trailing arms and subframe and top coated it. Looking schmick now. Will probably post up pics later tonight :).

I'm going to bring the term "boot" and "bonnet" to the US, to replace "trunk" and "hood". The whole fucking rest of the world calls them by the first except us.

Band aid fix the radiator leak. Put some stop leak shizzit in the radiator.

what do you guys think for a complete newbie?
I painted my Bumper Trim, Lip, and muffler tip.
Tomorrow after practice, I'm painting my grilles!
I need to get some DS paint and do the bumper cover, and other misc. parts.

pulled the 3.73 diff out of my parts car, swaped my alt. out for a new one and finished putting my interior back together after my 5spd swap, cleaned it inside and out and my weaves and got them looking brand new, now i just have to find a cheap set of center-caps

Cleaned the 4 door, installed both euro plate fillers that I bought from Blunt, and bought a spot weld cutter so I can remove the sunroof tray :)

Got it running! Woohoo! But the starter wont shut off, keeps spinning after I release the key. seriously it's just one fucking thing after another...

Drove it to work after 3 days of refusing to start. Turned out to be the Crank Position Sensor, very thankful that this time it was nothing crippling to the wallet.
