this is what I did to my e30 last night :sad:

















Story behind it is I went drifting with a friend of mine. We were drifting for about an hour and than we went to this huge turn that we always do last. We were drifting it going left and going right. This time it was coming as a left turn and I was going in third gear with about 60 mph. Right at the exit of the turn there is a bump that has never been a problem before, its exactly before the point where you have to straighten the car. I was coming to the bump and everything was ok, steering wheel was still turned right and the car was going sideways, than right after the bump it just went right and into some grass. I was thinking that it's ok and nothing serious is going to happen and than I hit something super hard, the whole car jumped and stopped. Smoke came inside that was smelling like oil and coolant. I went out of the car and saw that there was some concrete from a wall or something and the pieces were super huge. I think what happened is that my rear tires got really warm and started to get a lot of traction while the fronts were not getting as much. When the car went over the bump I didn't release the gas, cause I've never released it before, and the tires started spinning way too fast, than when the rears got traction again after the bump they were spinning too fast and just pushed the car outside of the road. You can see the rest of the story in the pix. Now I'm not sure what I want to do. One option is fix it, other option is exchange it the way it is for an e36 m3 with s50b30 no money from anyone, or other option is exchange it for the same e36 but with s50b32 and some money from my side.

New (to me) hubcentric spacers: 16mm/8mm on my Momo IDEA wheels. Car once again drives like an E30 should.

New brake pads all around. New, but flat black spray bombed fog light blanks, and brake ducts. Test and bed in pads....then a happy donut, or two.

to install them. Yes I know my hatch is properly aligned.

15" Team Dynamics Pro Race 1 wheels from my MINI were successfully transplanted onto my E30 with the use of 15mm spacers. Looks pretty damn good.
