I love the e36 switches. Glad the e34 I have has them too. Haha. At least one of my cars has them. With auto-up/down to boot! Haha.

When I did the switches in my old car, I ended up blowing a fuse. But I was literally doing this minutes before I had to go to work and the windows wouldn't go up or down, and I just went to work. I delivered pizzas and it was summer. Knowing you're in Las Cruces, you can imagine how terrible that day was.

I think I'll switch to one-touch at some point haha. I went through 5 fuses because I couldn't find a definitive guide for the rear windows but I thought I had it figured out. Turned out the window lock switch was pressed....d'oh!

Haha. I hate being dumb like that. And god knows I have been. From what I remember, the one-touch has been kind of complicated to incorporate in an e30?

Buffed half the car with reasonably good results. Also used SEM Trim paint to shadowline my trim. Came out great. Took about an hour as I did 5 coats with approx. 10 minutes between each coat. Will be doing the door strips and front grille this week/next weekend. Trying to decide whether or not to remove the pinstripe and risk the paint being drastically faded underneath ....
