Spal and flexalite are a couple I know of that make genuine 3000cfm thermofans. Personally, if you are running a race car, either wire in a thermoswitch and let it control the fan on and off, or just wire it in so it runs permanently with the ignition on. You don't want to have to worry about switching on a switch in a race car, easily overlooked one day and it could cost you the motor.
Just a little project im working on

I'd still install it properly with a thermoswitch and let it turn the fan on and off when the car is hot enough.

started to have a good look at the spot of rust in the battery area in the boot. Was a round hole about an inch in size, till I stripped back all the seam sealer off the valance and got the wire wheel out. The joins in the sheet metal were the first bits to go, opened up totally. Probably started with a leaking boot seal or tail light gasket. Annoying that the previous owner just kept driving around while his boot filled with water.

Will have a look at the other side tomorrow before going to the wreckers for some replacement pieces. Reckon they'll mind if I turn up with my own plasma cutter? :D

I thought that with ps delete those should be open to allow for pressure transfer between left and right turns.
