What did you do to your E30 today?

Didn't do anything to my e30 today except drive it. I've been working on a friends e36m3 this past weekend.

installed COP kit

installed a COP kit for the 318is, took her out for a test drive. very happy with the results. just need to rewrap the harness and make it look neat now.

Finished up my oil pump change. (I was getting a flickering oil pressure light all the way up to 1800 RPM)
I couldn't get the engine mount to seat in the subframe, so I let it sit for a week while I went on a business trip.
Got back on it today.
Engine seated, power steering delete installed, all power steering stuff removed. Removed old HID hardware and most of the wiring. Took it for a test drive.
Looked good until after I got gas, then on the way home, the pressure light started flickering at idle. Guess the engine is done. I just need to drive it around for a few more weeks until I get my e28s and mini up. Then B35 time.

Got my M50 up on the stand and started cleaning the block, I need to remove some more stuff on the intake side, but I've got the exhaust side pretty clean, just been scraping and brushing so far. I'll get off as much as I can before I get out the actual degreaser.

Damn near ripped my thumb off getting my blower motor out. Damn that retainer clip..

Got the exhaust side of the M50 pretty much completely clean, going to start on the intake side hopefully tonight.

Day 1 of a total exterior detail to usher in my new to me E30 and prep for winter. Washed and clayed for 3 hours today.

Lots of for bits in the mail too making their way to me for the car.
