I was having the same issue with the seats. I have a very long torso. I needed that extra inch that the VAC mounts took up and they weren't centered on the wheel either. I ended up having my cage guy fab up some mounts on the floor. My seat is absolutely as low as is possible now. Mine is the grey interior and the other is where I stole the idea from.

Are you guys running a bolt in cage?

its a big diffrence between criv and i, im 6'2 and he is like... umm shorter. so he fit great in the seat but i didnt and since we are sharring the car we need to have it work for us both... besides, i dont think he has a problem with getting another seat because if i were to wreak in the seat in question it would snap my neck and upper vertabre like a twig.

155// - i really like the reenforced floorpans, ill have to do the same on my personal car

are you really that tall? I think you are just trying to make James feel shorter. hehe

James' racing license specifically states that he must sit on a pillow. :D

do not worry about the rust... it makes it lighter.... Except you do not want to make it too light as per the rulz. if you do so at least you can add weight where you need it to help corner weight it, for example... My m3 has been stripped, carpet, interior, sound deadning and sunroof motor and it is 200 lbs under the pro3 spec.. just fyi. have fun with the project!

Progress is slow, don't have as much disposable income for this project like my others.

We have been mainly redesigning the shop so we can actually work on the car efficiently, and so far so good. Hopefully soon we will really get back into it.
