Thanks Mate
The front seats are Cobra misano's, retrimed in suede.
I like what you are doing - so don't get me wrong - but the rear seats look like something you pulled out of a Chevy Astro Van.
That's is just my thing - if you like them, then great. Keep posting - I've enjoyed your thread.
In that case those Chevy Astro vans must be F&*ken awsome....jk
I re-moulded the rear seats so there's only two seats in the rear and so you can actully fit an adult in the back without them having to drop their head to the side.
I wanted them a bit lower but I think they turned out pretty good, I like them, and they match the front.
can i ask did you get the rails with it or make your own and what kind of room around them is there? enough room for a cage?
thanks, ash
Hey mate
The rails are the original e30 ones, I just modified them a bit.
Theres no room for a cage, as the seat touches the door when closed. you could put a half cage in...
I like the front seats alot but I think the rears and the panels are just a bit over the top, dont like the grill or the mirrors, and its quite obvious that you've got alot of inspiration from Jordan.
But please dont get me wrong. I like the car, the color and the motor are win!
Got the car 90% finished, some little thing to finish off.
But most importantly I have the car RUNNING.... and if goes F%$king awsome. I'll post some pics of it going when I get a chance.
But here are some pics(iphone quality) to keep you going.
Big brakes from massive, which are awsome.
Some braided lines to suit
Exhaust finished(I did the welding, and I know its the the greatest job, but it sounds awsome and no leaks)
Well, posterity, you will never know what it cost us to preserve your freedom. I only hope that you will make a good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.
