this kind of creativity makes me realize that I really need to improve my welding skills so I can do things this awesome. Nicely done and will definitely be following this as you finish up.

I don't know how I missed this build. You are doing a great job! We have been wanting to do a pickup and you have given me some great ideas. Subscribed.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Wow. I signed up to this forum so I could comment on this thread :D Your fabrication is amazing. I do have a question about the front suspension tho (boring I know) I was looking at doing the exact same thing to mine, do any civic coilover sleeves fit or does it have to be an 04 model? Also does the car being a 6 pot or a 4 pot make any difference? Sorry for being a noob :( Any help is super appreciated!

    UPDATE:

    More body work progress....
The sunroof is gone for good, fully welded and ready to be smoothed out a bit. Welding this part SUCKED!! It took a hell of a lot longer than i thought it would.

After i wrapped up the roof i moved on to boxing in my cut tails. I set up a few relays so that running, brake and turn signal lights are all in the outer chamber with a dual filament bulb. It works really well. This way i can run with the tailgate off or open and have everything visible without hacking in some other tailight.
