good luck! just keep your chin up and try to remain invisible. stay busy, party hard, look sharp and make the years go by quick. make sure and milk them for all the college money you can get ;) make it worth your time and get a good job out of it. i did and serving 4 years from '95-'99 was the best thing i've ever done for myself. been steadily employed makinga good living ever since.

That's what I've been hearing. I guess my buddys old roomate in the same afsc as me got a dishonorable discharge and now he works for lockheed Martin making about $150k a year. I'll be working in satellite communications.

ugh , I hated basic. I like a dumbass, voluntered to be dorm chief, and I was from the time i was still in civies, to graduation. I did my share of push ups. it wasnt all bad though, you get some breaks. glad I dont have to do it again though.
