ok its the option of the woman period. Its her right to make that choice, no if the father is involved he has a large say in it, but it is ultimately the woman's choice.

I would just like to bring to attention thats its legal for a civilian to own such things as GE Mini Guns, Tanks, Howitzers, Mortors, Cannons, Grenades, Recoilless Rifles, etc... And there are many in hands of Civilians. But when have you herd of one of them committing a crime? Its regulated and quite costly but in the United States you are allowed to own such items due to the 2nd Amendment.

I agree 100%. You have them assaulting personal freedom from one side with the morality and the Democrats from the other side with damn near everything else. Both parties are power hungry, both parties are in favor of a larger government, both parties spend spend spend, and neither care about the people they're supposed to represent. However, there are many more liberty-minded folks on the Republican side than the Democrat side, so that's the party I choose to work within. I tried working within the Democratic party for two years and found that liberals are some of the most closed minded, holier-than-thou, racist, mean-spirited, insecure people on this planet today. Not saying there aren't those types in the Republican party, but I've literally met two (whom I refuse to work with) compared to the dozens I met on the left.

Gun shows do have to call for a NICS check before purchasing a firearm from a dealer in a booth at a gun show.

Its the sale from private person to private person that does not require a NICS check. This can be done as long as the owner and seller are from the same state. And the sale can take place pretty much anywhere, not just a gun show.
