the 911 tape, he says he is headed back to the car. The camera footage is black and white and grainy. Zimmerman saw medical before going to the police station. The police report reports a broken nose and signs of a struggle. Kinda hard to fake a broken nose.

There is also an eye witness that saw Martin on top of Zimmerman beating Zimmerman.

Everyone is rushing to judgement, kinda like the Duke case. If he is found guilty then Zimmerman should do his time. But he is innocent till proven guilty.

Standard procedure when doing an autopsy. Show me where it is law that Zimmerman should have been drug tested.

Standard procedure for a drug panel during an autopsy on the deceased who was at that time not to be determined as a out of character individual??? I asked several childhood friends who are FDLE. Autopsy on a person who is the victim is NOT SOP. There is no law that Zimmerman gets tested. It is up to the discretion of the DA. Everything about crime scence investigation is not written into law.

Fact: The chief of police and the DA both went to the active crime scene. Since when does a DA visit a crime scene BEFORE it gets to high profile status. If three was a determination of "stand your ground" on Mr. Zimmerman's part, why would a chief and DA need to be summoned.

Fact: I never said that Mr Zimmerman was prejudiced against blacks. HE described the young man as black male up to no good. He judged him by his appearnce. Check my post, I clearly stated that I it does not matter to me what color, race or nationality the young man was. I said Mr Zimmerman should have stayed in his car. PEROID. Having a gun gave him a rush of ego and confidence. If you listen to the 911 tapes Mr Zimmerman was wispering while in his car, like a hunter stalking deer. TM could not have heard him even if he talked at a normal volume.

Fact. The local PD knew Zimmerman was a judges son. Thats why they never had him warned about the excessive 911 calls he made in the past.

Fact: Mr Zimmerman was denied the employment of being a police officer. FDLE has a psycholigical screen for police officer. We can only speculate as to what part he failed at. But he did fail.

Fact: There was legistature tied to the "Stand your ground" law that stated if you shoot someone and used stand your ground as a reason, you automatically would be drug tested. Mandatory. It got shot down by the NRA. Could you imagine your son goes to a convience store and the store owner says I shot him standing my ground. His word against your dead son. Would you want to know the store owners history and his drug use background? It should be mandatory.

Fact: It is a fact of nature that every mother knows her childs cry. Penguins, seals, humans. A mom could be in the next room and pick out her babies cry or laughter. When TM mom said that was her son crying out help. I believe it.
