So, amusingly, the actual issue here got covered up by people bitching.

It's not who's innocent and who's guilty. That's not for the media or random assfucks on car forums to decide and argue about. That's for courts.

The actual issue and original reason for outrage is gross police misconduct and later coverup of that misconduct. Poor evidence collection, protectionism, abuse of power, tons of other real nasty stuff. Imagine if a black Neighborhood Watch leader shot a sketchy looking white/hispanic/whatever kid in a gated community after being told to not approach the kid. Would he be let go? Would the kid get stuck in a morgue for three days before his family was notified?

I am with you on this. Media is just a properganda tool these days.

Why dosn't every one just have rubber bullets. Obviously close range they are not going to really help or a shot to the head, but allows everyone to use there gun with a lower likelyhood of a fatality.

Anyways as I said you don't need to get rid of the guns but better education, in fire arms I think would solve allot of the problems.

It's eminent that you are condoning what Z did and you don't like the likes of MT which is quite ok coz that's a personal opinion. I don't think the issue is how the kid looked or the momma taking advantage of the situation which is totally a moral issue, none of those issues are going to be tried in the court of law. The issue at hand is if Z's shooting after being told not to follow was justified and saying that he was attacked, in which the tapes show otherwise.
