    Buying the cow + processing is about an average of $4.xx/lb after all is said and done. You know where all of it's food was grown, how many sunny days it lived outside, what it was/wasn't injected with, and the processor facility will cut it all the way you want and wrap and flash freeze so you can store it for up to a year.
