Say you enter McDonald, and you are refused to be served just because you are Black, Asian, a dwarf or a lesbian, do you still say it is their prerogative and that you just have to go try your luck at Burger King?

Let's not forget that a judge is not a business either. He represents a country and its law, a county and its citizens, whatever the colour of their skin, or their religion.
