lol thats how i hit those speed in my cars too. not even the x2010 can hit 300 without drafting..itll take a corner at 273mph though

that formula race SUCKS! I haven't completed it yet on ASpec (waiting on my wheel) but my bspec smoked em. After I got the FGT i put it in every bspec race I could think of, never had to worry about watching him and telling him when to pass lol.

I'm running the Logitech GT Force wheel - It works great, and is MUCH easier for me than the controller - but at this point, I'm wishing I had bought the Fanatec one. I originally bought the GT Force with the hope that I can get to the GT Academy finals: But that's not going to happen (damn lack of time / sim talent), and can't happen anyway (damn rules. I don't see what working for Nissan has to do with it...). Anyway, I'm thinking about selling my GT Force and buying the Fanatec - that way I can have a wheel I can use for Forza 2/3/4 also.


I miss the challenge of the restrictions on the bonus races..... Working to win the GT-R race was fun (although losing that one by 0.048 seconds pissed me off...). A lot of these seem way too easy now. I think from here on out, I'll get the car, add sport soft tires and race. If I cant win that way, sport susp. Then some extra ponies.

Although.... I ran a 6:41 and 6:45 in the Nascar on the Ring and ended up 5th; 15 seconds out of 1st???? What's up with that? 5Toes - gimme your AI!!!!



The extra $ and pts sure are nice. Finally hit level 25. And my crew of drivers are up to 18. Not sure how I'm gonna get B-spec to win the Historic cup - the R/M Challenger just doesn't cut it in the hands of an AI....

Some are easy, some are hard. But then again I am trying to do it on the cheap (using mostly the cars Ive won when possible and minimal upgrades).

Its easy as fuck with the driver aids on, it gets more entertaining when you turn all of that shit off. This 2002turbo is tail happy as fuck when you do that.

How many of you guys have a wheel?

I got the logitech GT wheel. Its decent for the money. The build of it is really cheap but I got it $130 shipped so I cant ask too much. Id love to drop a G on a sim setup but I dont play enough. Right now I just drag out the ironing board and bolt it to it. I'm waiting for that Fanatec wheel stand to come back in stock.

The wheel changes the game, that is for sure. Its nice they use the analog sticks and triggers but its just really hard controlling a vehicle when your analog controller has like .2 inches of travel.

DFGT w/ bungee brake mod, mounted to a modified stool with a support bar removed and a flat top with extra screws. (The FF pulled out some of the screws) Height and seating position is nowhere near where it should be, and I think my ability is suffering. My little brother with the same car and a DS3, and I hardly keep a lead.

get the clubsport pedals. i am thinking of going that route myself and keeping the g25 wheel. or i might go baller and order the entire clubsport package.. not decided yet..
