The game is fun. I havent quited figured out the point of b-spec though. But Im tearing up GT mode with my wheel. Right now its mounted to an ironing board until the fenetec stand or wheelstand pro comes back in stock.

Is it wrong to put comfort soft tires on the Minolta Toyota 88C so that my chump B-SPEC driver can smoke everyone in the 80's Japan race?

Spins the tires through 4th. Lapped everyone on Autumn Ring without input from me by turn 3 in lap 8. Talk about easy win!




I'm wondering ... are experience points constant for for a placement in each race? Or is it dependent on the car? Example, easy win with the Minolta car, but what about a stock 87 civic?

realism is much better on iracing. plus it's got real tracks not some fake ones. gt5 isn't all bad but with the limited time i have to "drive sims" I'd much rather spend it on iracing. for example I am going to winterfest@sebring for a race next week and iracing has it. it's a huge step up when you can drive a track before you get there.

This is EXACTLY why I want to get into iracing :) Best example is the time we went to watkins, I really want to know if its at all similar to what it was like in person!

i used my formula car/m3 gtr/x1 for every race that didnt have requirements lmfao who cares if its wrong..b spec drivers are retarded.

YES! Finally beat all of the No. 2 bonus races.

I used sports soft on most of them with minimal tuning ($40,000 or less per car). I won a few (like the mini and mustang one) with only $10,000 in tuning... including tires.

On the nascar one, I won by 8 seconds with a lap time of 6:40 and 6:41... on racing soft.

So happy! Now to buy Formula Gran Turismo and do the Ford GT and Citroen WRC ones
