yea, it's having an affair with you with like the rest of the world though, hah jokes, but for real, I like it a lot. I spoil her, I get her an oil change after almost every race.Originally posted by JafxodFuck, I need to find me a girl friend for this winter to nestle my penis inside and keep it warm.Comment

You got 1st on the Historic Car races with the Camero? I'm totally stressing about these goddamn Historic car races!!!
"The Camry is an appliance, not a car. It attracts folks who have the same regard for driving that they have for washing dishes,
i.e. it's a necessary but somewhat unpleasant chore and they want something to make the task a little easier and insulate them from the process." - my friend, Número VeintiséisComment

also who races with a wheel, who races with the d-pad, and who races with the L3 stick? i'm tempted to buy a wheel for some of these license challenges, i use the L3 stick, my cousin uses the D-pad which i feel is way too sensitive. i'm stuck right now on getting the gold on the international C license double hairpin turn at 18.3 seconds?! Best I have done is 18.6 and i've tried with traction control and abs off and on, seems to be doable at some point with both off. Has anyone else golded this license test yet? if so friend me midgetmauler i'd like to see how it's done.
never mind i just beat the double hairpin at 18.251 . the difficulty on these races is so skewed, the next challenge in the license class i beat on my second try gold, and the one after that about 5 tries for the gold.Last edited by Bimmer0761; 12-15-2010, 07:14 AM.Comment

I bought the Logitech GT force wheel. Makes thing considerably easier. On the Nascar stuff, I was struggling with the controller (using stick for steering, buttons for gas/brake), always a bit off of gold. Plugged in the wheel and got gold easily on the first try. Its worth it.
The Bugatti is nuts. I maxed it out too just for the hell of it, and then entered in the french race series. I damn near beat everyone the the Start/Finish line. At the start. I think the car that started on pole still had his back tires behind the line when I passed him.... That car certainly made the High Speed Ring win in the Turbo sports race easy, although I preferred using the ZZII (only mod done on that so far is Race Med tires).
I'm just shy of level 19 after last night.
I tired the historic race with my not quite fully modded Shelby 350R. That car is a beast, but knife edge handling. It might actually be fast enough, but the margin for error is too small for the 'make no mistakes' bit. At least I'm starting to move my B-spec re-tard forward, I think I'm at 7 now, but have cars to easily get him up a bit and quickly.
I'm still waiting for a damn mini to show up in the used car lot. I dont want to spend more than 30K to win that series...Ben
