It must be a common complaint as they offered to cancel my contract with no penalty and fully refund my equipment cost. I'm thinking of doing it and just getting an iPhone. Their internet is way faster and the phone is incredibly more intuitive.

another goof from moto..designed to cause endless confusion. screen looks awesome but form factor is off. keyboard is so so with the flat keys. OS needs some polish but i'm sure google will come through on that. Even thinking about signing up with verizon gives me hives, i haven't done business with them in over 10 years and don't intend to. i'll stick to the iphone. works for me. all you verizon fans can look forward to this : http://www.appleinsider.com/articles...n_q3_2010.html
