How's the processor speed of the Droid? The MyTouch is PAINFULLY slow. I'm also curious to see the LCD quality as this seems to be where the iPhone trumps all competitors.

I have zero complaints about the phone.

And are you used to the keyboard yet? I hit the send arrow button instead of the delete button when using the physical keyboard a lot.

Does the Droid or the HTC TP2 have a screen as nice as the iPhone? I'm not talking resolution, because from what I saw of the HTC TP2, it was beautiful looking, making my iPhone screen look like NES compared to PS3. Okay, that may have been a bit exaggerated.
But I'm referring to the use of a glass screen. I don't know what the iPhone screen is made of, but I've been using it without a screen protector because I'm still searching for that "perfect" screen protector. And so far, it has zero scratches on it. It sits in my back pocket for the most part of its life.
While I'm on that topic, can anyone recommend a screen protector that doesn't feel like plastic film? I like how my finger glides across the screen without extra friction.Claus Luthe is my hero.

The way Apple designs their hardware and software to look so good together is what makes the iPhone screen so good. The endless pursuit of aesthetics is really all it is. The resolution is NOT that good. My curve has a higher screen resolution in 1/2 the space, aka twice the pixel density. Thus making it a clearer screen, however the iPhone screen gets the job done well for what it is and the OS is designed to work with that resolution so it looks perfect. Android must work on lots of resolutions...Originally posted by z31maniacI just hate everyone.

Are you guys talking about the MILESTONE? The droid is a lineup of phones but I'm assuming everyone is talking about the DROID branded one on the commercials..
I would wait for the DROID ERIS. Its gonna have the 1ghz Snapdragon processor in it.
And some of you guys need to read more before posting so-called educated opinions.
Otherwise, Android is here to stay. The VZW network should perform well with them. So IMO, none of them will be bad pickups.
