Dexter Ep 1's are often leaked, not sure if its not just a production trick. House leaked last week too, but that epsiode actually wasn't 100% finished and had comments like "Add House's stereo to scene".

I've been watching Dex from the beginning, great show for sure. Looking forward to this season.
