i had a really good burger at the NY NY, but that was a while ago.

if you make it out to SCOTTSDALE some day you have to go to THE ROARING FORK. 3/4 lb ground porter house and top serloin from the steak trimmings. they make their own beef jerky there too and have it in big bowls at the tables. we used to steal bags of it while we were eating.
