Hubert Keller the creator of Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay was in Top Chef Masters, he was competing against the best chefs in the world and he blew everyone out of the water x100 with his burger. I was just in Vegas and I went to the Burger Bar and almost shat myself. They have a Kobe beef burger for like 16 bucks that I had (with carmelized onions) and that was awesome. They had a surf n turf burger that was kobe beef and lobster for 25 bucks and I think there was one for 60 bucks that had truffles in it. Plus they had all these different types of fries and beers. Go there, fuck Paris, Burger Bar FTMFW.

i think their logic is if they're trying to push something that big out the door in a short amount of time, a lot of it is going to end up undercooked.

McDonalds has some pretty good burgers. I don't know if they are down there in Vegas yet, but if you find one you should give them a try! My favorite is the "Big Mac," it has two patties with lettuce and sauce and three pieces of bread.
