Morning ripper for Ralphs. Graveyard shift while I had to balance a growing drug habit and being on a soccer team. (Like a true Argentine, for my brazilian friends haha).

It sucked, I would do any of the 5 above for a month vs a week at mcdos, it pissed me off.Originally posted by LJ851I programmed my oven to turn off when my pizza was done, should i start a build thread?

Aside from that, US Navy.
I haven't really had horrible jobs, but the worst was Baskin-Robbins. Was my first job when I was 15. Always super busy with no breaks and minimum wage.

Worst job - Internet salesman at Method4Motorsports in San Francisco. At first the job was chill as fuck. $10/hr to sit on my ass and post ads online? Fuck yes! Then I made the mistake of helping the asst. manager install a rotated mount/intercooler on a STi. Once the owner found out, he had me installing all kinds of shit, working 60 hours a week, always had me working the "pits" when we went to time attacks. Which was fine, but the mechanic was making $30/hr, and the asst. manager was making almost the same. Had I been paid the same, it would have been the best job of my life.
Best part of it all though? going to SEMA.....Originally posted by RUFFLZ#BANDISNIGGAOriginally posted by Wh33lhopWhy the fuck would you ever put a drink up there? If you ever have a drink to hold, just put it between your legs. You know, where your balls used to be before you had a girlfriend.

Never had a bad job honestly.....I'm 31 and have had 30 jobs in my life ranging from 1 day to several years from the time I started working at 16. Only been fired twice, both times I knew it was coming.
Many times I had a few jobs at a time so, up until now I can fluff together a consistant working resume that will get me into an automotive, food and beverage or an intermediate accounting position.
Best job was when I started university after high school. I got a job doing room service at one of the better hotels in my home city. It was just stupid how much money I made, fun I had with guests and employees (drinking on the job with hotel guests in their rooms, eating on shift and not paying for it, fantastic job connections that got me work positions after I was done university, meeting ppl. from all over the world and having them pay me obsene tips for the little amount of work I did). The cash flow I had easily had me paying off my student loan in a few months, I payed for an engine transplant on my 84 Rabbit and had it fully paid for and in top shape, and I was always in the black and was able to take trips as a full time student (how many ppl can you say were able to do that eh!).
Until this day, i'd easily go back to that job in a hearbeat. it was the longest job I'd ever held at 6 consecutive years (1999-2005, even while I had a "real job" with the gov't). I loved the guests and even though my co-workers hated me for being lazy, the fantastic guest compliments kept me employed and in managements good books. The guests actually looked forward to seeing me their next visit and would call down to the main reception area and mention how much they liked me.
Worst I'd say in the mid 90's I got a job at a local Pizza Hut in my neighbourhood. I never lost so much weight in my life from working there...sure i ate alot, but I lost so much fat from sweating my a$$ off in the kitchen. Hard work for little money...no tips :(Last edited by Stanley Rockefeller; 01-04-2011, 06:14 PM.

Do please watch the entire thing.

Houseman at the Riverhouse, a 5-star resort hotel here in Bend. 300-something rooms. I had to vacuum the carpeted indoor and outdoor hallways, wash/wrap all of the little drinking glasses that go in the rooms, clean out the fireplaces, pick up cigarette butts in the parking lots, and carry 60+ lb. laundry bags across the entire place back to laundry. Best part? Every morning at 5:35 am, I was up on the readerboard on the side of the highway, regardless of weather conditions (wind/snow/ice/rain) changing the letters that welcomed whatever fuckstick organization that was staying there that week along with whatever shitty local band was playing in the bar.

Got fired from Starbucks on my second to last scheduled shift, after I had given my 2 week's notice. The reason? Apparently sometimes I was a little late to work, and sometimes I was a little short on the till.
I think I figured it out later, I had been working there for just about the period of time after which one gets benefits/vacation pay, etc (like 6 months). So it's possible they were trying to get out of that.paint sucks
