download a trial version of adobe illustrator and make them in that. you could even use paint.net. i made my own (simple) design and printed about 100 of them for ~$10 at kinkos.

you should adjust the WB its to yellow

I hate adjusting white balance, unless its auto.

I read a page how to do it, it made no sense. Hahahaha
