Def SOP for a young girl. They are always coddled so they think "Hey, I want a car." But that mean splitting some cost (at worst) with the rents and then the rents paying all of the expenses. Only a young girl would think that she could somehow drive a car sans insurance.

Her anger at the car and money is probably just collateral from her being pissed that you didn't automatically jump up and down excited to come visit with her and her parents. Like stated before, women are irrational.


As far as the airfare is concerned, have her pay half. I would never make a significant other front the whole of the expenses for something I want them to do.


Oh and if it's her car, she pays the damn insurance.

If he has any violations, or is under the age of 18 I can see that.. I lost my license right as I turned 17, insurance was around $220 a month for full coverage on my 328is (had a loan on it, full coverage required). Even now, 5 years and 1 ticket later my insurance is nearly $100 a month for my 89

i have 1 speeding ticket and im 20, she is 21 with no violations. My dad is calling his insurance to get a quote. The $100 i was quoted was safe auto haha, their commercials are convincing for shitty cheap insurance.
