Dude, from what I have learned on pill addictions its going to be a long road. Worse than street drugs. When you are on pills, your brain thinks of nothing but the pills. When you are off your brain will actually act against you, and try to put you back into situations where you can get back to the meds. Something like you will somehow rationalize a reason to call your supplier, thus opening the door all over again. I began getting hooked on xanax and vicodin a few years back. Some friends helped me see where it was going and I was able to quit before it got too bad. However your girl sounds like she is way deeper than I ever got. If you stick to it, prepare for pretty much a lifetime of constant vigilance.

"phew" for you not taking a bat up there. I've been following the thread and I definitley feel bad for you. I also share the same sentimenets as the majority on this thread so its best that you get out while you can.

Your last post I just quoted concerns me a bit because I hope that the tunnel vision a person can have in the midst of emotional crisis, isn't leading you to the "maybe it isnt that bad and we can work it out" scenario... cuz it isn't. It will not work out till she realizes deep down inside that she is a fuck up and even if it does happen we here don't want you to be the guinea pig for this revelation becuase its a long road of hurt for you.
