Milano's are quirky E30's. Upgrade from 2.5L to the 3.0l and since your's is a standard about the only other upgrade you need are factory Recaro SE's and a set of cams and suspension.

    Nice buy.

      Fixed the wheel situation:

No plans to change to 3.0, but I will freshen up suspension, lower it and install and Ansa rear muffler. Needs a good polish and engine detail.

For those who asked this is not a Verde, it is a Gold. 97K miles and all maintenance history. Car recently received new water pump, timing belt, alternator and a/c stuff (compressor, drier, o-rings).

You're thinking of the 164, which was exactly that - they shared a FWD platform with a Lancia sedan as well.

The Milano is Alfetta / GTV6 based - same chassis. The Milano (called the 75 in Europe) is the last in-house designed, RWD Alfa.

It is not. It is a rwd 3.0 v6 with a transaxle and inboard brakes.

You are thinking of the 164 that came after fiat bought Alfa.

This is basically the last classic Alfa chassis.

That was fun. Seemed like the only guys who could pull like he could were a couple of better-prepared E30s he caught.

How can you keep yourself occupied after raising the bar by some of your work ending up on Mars? Having a fully built 1970 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300 Ti is one hell of a start.

Wow, some nice nice cars in that video, and great sounds! I love that thing winding up to 7000 and crossing the bridge. I just realized that's the car I posted one page back and didn't even know it was this one. Thanks for posting that.

When they were new they sort of looked like an angular Jetta with a kink, or one that got rear-ended.
