Allied Health Sciences here. Its Uconn's "Premed" program that doesn't require physics to graduate. Some med schools want physics, some don't. I'm going into Physician Assistant studies anyway so the premed to M.D. route isn't for me. But anatomy, cellular biology, and organic chem are my hardest classes. The only "hard class" left is organic. Then of course there will be grad school...

My exams went well too. I worried a lot about nothing. One of my exams was precalc (the highest math I need. I suck at math so I didn't give a shit) and I did so well that I was able to bullshit an answer and the professor laughed hard at it. I then got good and shit faced. Now its a month of break from school and full time working! E30 money, woo!

Dude, I know exactly how you feel. I'm probably younger than you, and I just finished my first quarter of college last week. Stressed the fuck out, had a ex-girl on my mind, and literally thought I was going to go on Academic Probation. Turnout: gave to much of a fuck, and ended up with a decent GPA, though I know I can do better.

Situations are really common, just in different disguises.

I'm in the same boat as OP. I was throwing up all over the place and had a 102˚ fever all weekend, and two finals on Monday. Of course I couldn't study while sick, so I didn't. Sunday night when I stopped throwing up but still had a fever, my girlfriend of 2 years calls me and tells me she wants to break up. Over the phone. So that was real wonderful. Any chance of me studying after that was vanquished. Oh, found out she was bidding on an AC Schnitzer steering wheel for my Christmas present so that was another kick in the nuts.

Aced the finals anyways bitches 8| Also consoling myself by building a 2.8L stroker using the money I was gonna spend on her Christmas present. Bitches be damned.

Fucking rough dude. That was a shit week, but at least the grades were good. In the long run the GPA is what matters, not the women. I'm so sorry you didn't get those most excellent gifts though. But there will be another awesome chick to buy you E30 parts!

My girlfriend of over two years almost broke up with me today. An hour before I was going to go to dinner with her family, and her Dad just got back from Afghanistan today after a year of deployment... I can say, that would have sucked, but in the end, she got over whatever it was, and I got Cattlemans.

Update: Because I didn't talk to her at all the following day and she dropped by saying she cried all night and knew she was in the wrong. Her waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles friends were telling her that she should be single because my stressful week had me being a bit of a dick. Her other friends that know me called her an inconsiderate bitch. She realized from them how disrespectful it was and after some light scolding the inconsiderate woman is in her place and we're good. But if that shit happens again...DONZO! Say what you want about me going along with her again but I did the whole "have many bitches" thing already so I'm not loosing out by not playing that game for the moment.

Well I didn't bomb it. With everyone's complaints after the exam there may be a bit of a curve too. I agree with what everyone has said here. Especially Danny. That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm not pissy about the girl, I'm pissy by the inconsiderate timing and immaturity of the breakup. I didn't see it coming.

Yes, I already have a new woman lined up that was trying to get on my nuts while I was with this girl, so so far so good there.
