            I would guess a bad o2 sensor now, or the cat ceramic is cracked up and clogging up.
            try to uplug the o2 sensor and see if its better.

                maybe check the flywheel sensor connections. my 86 528e had some issues with them. random no-start/bad idle issues, cuts off while running, etc.

                that bump may have shook something loose...

                  Fuel filter/ pump .might have bumped something in the tank and clogged yo shit up.

                                Passenger side motor mount looks to be intact, but is broken. That caused the intake boot to crack from engine movement, since the filter housing is bolted to the inner fender. Put a new boot on it and it runs like a champ (well auto 528e) again. :up:
