Dogs VS Cats...what does R3V like?

I have 1 dog and 1 cat. Its great to see the personality differences.

They get into their fights, cat wins every time. But then at night when it gets cold they become best friends. Funny how that works.

As far as the question about food.

the lab gets Wellness Core and the occasional raw meat. :)

That's all good stuff. In fact the high dollar dog (and cat) food that we buy our pets is expensive because it's high in those kinds of content.

The problem, and what your vet should be distinguishing, is that *cooked* bones are dangerous for your dog.

Yeh we don't feed him anything cooked, the natural thing came around because he is a pure breed and was apart of the agreement with the breeder, I must say though his coat is mega shinny. Just a price comparison for us.

Natural = $50-60 month
Dog Food = $150-240 month

how long did all that take to train it?
A cat does all that a month after it's born.

The pooping/peeing inside thing was over after a couple months. After about a year she had all her commands down and was very polite. She's a lab, so she's a natural hunting dog. That took almost no training at all.

edit: We feed our lab Iams and let her lick all our plates and dishes after we're done with them. She's at a healthy weight and has a nice shiny coat.

Dogs ftw. I have two pekingese and a cat I rescued from work. The cat goes into the garbage, jumps all over the table with the same feet that were in the litterbox, meows all the time, follows me everywhere and is really just in your face all the time. She's really cute and doesn't really give a shit about anything, but I pick my dogs over a cat any day. It's nice having a cat around but my dogs are well behaved and have distinct personable personalities. I wouldn't get another cat after this one.
