      how much would it suck if there was a situation that warranted a shot, but the sniper blew it because he was watching the game....That would be fun to explain.

          It a police support sniper, not a marine scout sniper. Typically when a support sniper has you in his scope he doesnt really need to be sneaky because you are also surrounded by his buddies.

          And while i typically would rag on police snipers are still well trained individuals:
