    Anger Management...

So how do you guys deal with anger in a non violent way. I got that down, the violent/aggresive part.

It's actually starting to get a little bad to the point that small things, stupid things are setting me off into a rage. I don't like it, as a youngster yeah it was fine and "cool" but time to buck up my ideas.

So how do you guys stop letting irritation become anger then rage?

I have a coworker that is the same way, throwing his own tools around and acting like a bitch to everyone is his preferred non-violent way to express his anger. caveman style brah

Yup. Exercising helps a ton. I ride a ton of bikes and go to the gym. Once you realize you have an anger problem it's easier to prevent yourself from going off.

OP, you live and are from South Africa....it's pretty much expected that you ppl. deal with anger and violence on a daily basis no? Isn't it an integral part of your culture(i.e. Apartheid)?

jk, I'm from SA, born in Botswana, family all lives in SA. No way in hell I'd ever go back there, even for a visit!

Yeah it's like working with a bitch on her period. Sucks cuz everyone else can be in a good mood but when he comes in with his fucking attitude it kinda puts other people in a weird mood. Anger is contagious.

I try to ignore him as much as I can but it's still a shitty working environment with him around.

squirrel punting is great. you expend so much energy trying to catch those lil fuckers that once you catch them, you kinda feel bad punting them. or you dont, and you get the thrill of seeing that lil furry tail fly like 30 yards. win win
