    Well there are actually benefits to this type of video. High Intensity Training being one of them. Basically (from what ive gathered) you burn more calories from raising your heart rate, then slowing it, and raising it again on a cycle.

    Also, insanity and p90x are supposed to be full body workouts and incorporate as many muscles as possible, in the shortest amount of time. If you were to work out on your own, you might not be able to develop a plan to make sure you're hitting all of the muscles you could be.

    The most important reason is to be on a schedule and have a "personal trainer" with you there while you do everything, making it easier to stick to the routine.

      I want to make one of the videos a drinking game!!! Every time Shaun T says ya, ya'll, yo, you have to drink a shot!!! 20 minutes, everybody is comatose!!!

        My Dad and I are working through our first week, its definitely got me working up a serious sweat and I workout and do classes at the gym and run 4 miles daily. I am definitely liking the intensity
