Guys this is why you have to use TOR, it allows you to access the sites from someone elses IP. Look at this pic, it shows how your information is encrypted and safe. If you are just browsing it is no big deal because TOR should keep your cookies clean and not save any history.

Considering mobile internet connections and publically acessable and/or easy to have wifi hot spots, hiding behind someone else's device is like 10 thousand times easier than 10 years ago.
You don't have to be a script kiddie to go to a sports event, find vulnerable bluetooth/wifi connections, ssh or run run a prog to share their internet connection and browse whatever you want. Slow? You can use multiple connections etc. Just buy one of those face-monitor socks :D
