Yes but not that easy someone would have to really want to find you. As information is encrypted then bounced off servers around the world, each server bounce removes some of the encription. This makes it extremely difficult to find you via IP address. I don't say impossable because in the PC world nothing is impossable.
But I say use another PC with nothing on it, because your current Pc probably has a whole heap of information on it that would make it easy for someone to find and track you down. Though unless you actually screw someone over I doupt anyone will go through the effort to do that. Also if you are just browsing the worst that could happen is getting some viruses, or of course the FBI knocking on your door cos you are looking at some bad stuff.
