AND even if they did do that, where is your note? If one wasn't posted, and you didn't get it, then they are in the wrong.

          That's not what happened though. And, if any of those are what's going on, then I would hope the cops would be there. Not the maintenance man.

                  this is why I love my state. I have to say once and only once to leave, and then shoot first ask questions later. Florida's Stand Your Ground Law. Anytime you feel threatened, you have no requirement to retreat. Only real rule is you can't shoot them in the back.
