How did you ask your girl to prom?

I know r3v is chock full of romantic dudes and I wanna hear how some of you guys have asked girls to your senior prom.

My prom is coming up next month, so it was about time for me to ask my gf of 6 months officially to prom. I thought of how to ask her months ago, so I've been super stoked to finally put my plan into action.

So my girl has been asking for a hamster for a while (like since we've been dating lol) but I always tell her its just a little rodent and it'll be a pain. Lately she'd asked me if I would just buy her one for her birthday in July. I casually said sure and she didnt suspect a thing. I get out of school earlier than her so I went and bought the hamster and wrote a note on it that said "prom?" and taped it to the hamster's back lol. We came home and I gave her the hamster and she freaked out and loved it. She also obviously said yes ;)

Oh an she named the hamster Beamer after the e30 ;) (yes I know it's bimmer but I'll cut her some slack :D)
