Help me get these vaders out of a car....

So I found these in a car at a junk yard.... But there electric and all the way slid back so I can't get to the back bolts to get them out of the car. Wtf do I do???? The junkyard will not aid me or let me hook up a power source. And I dot have the tools to cut them out

think you could hook up a 9v battery to the power line for chair and see if it works?
