Second, who the fuck are you to say I have improper form? I have multiple friends that have gone through extensive schooling to become personal trainers and have showed me proper form personally for many exercises.

Third, why they fuck would you think that Spectrum doesn't have weights or any mass building elements, because in fact the Santa Barbara location was previously a Golds Gym and they haven't changed anything about it. Golds gym is know for producing body builder bodies.

Fourth, why they hell do you need 3400 calories per day? You probably burn about 1200 per day because your schedule consists of watching T.V. and jerking off to gay porn.
    Yes! thank you!

"If Calories in > Calories Exhausted, you gain weight."
-I said gain weight, because i meant WEIGHT. since this is a topic about veganism and staying healthy on their diets, I was attempting to stay at least somewhat on topic.

You probably have improper form on a lot of exercises. Most of us do. my Squat form is off, though working on it.

I didn't say your gym doesn't have weights. And the fallacy that you actually need weights to build mass is exactly that, false. I also never insinuated what your gym does not have weights.

3400 calories per day maintenance is for my very active lifestyle. I am leaving to go ref 3 mens league soccer games. After that I have a job at a liquor store lifting things and putting them down (aka stock) for the summer. when bulking in the winter, I eat nearly 4000 calories. At 5' 9" ~155-160 pounds now, I think I am eating right.

And maybe you forgot how to read... I understood that he was a body builder, and my point was that there is NO fucking way in hell he would look like that if he had a job, because being a veggy and a body building is twice the work of not being one. I can guarantee you that you look like a fat lard with a beer gut and a french fry double chin.
And FYI, I currently go to Spectrum Athletic Clubs in Santa Barbara California and can guarantee you that I am in better shape than you. Yes I linked you to a site with a topic called " vegetarians suck balls" because they do, and obviously it pissed you off which is exactly what I wanted, and for you not to realize that from my post would of course indicate that you are ignorant. And another fact for your dumbass... Because your a veggy and you cant get protein, you must take your 0 fat protein powder when in reality that is a man made substance and not natural. I bet the ripped to shit people back in the 1500's had like 5 servings of protein powder per day right??? No they fucking ate meat. So go try to look like that waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles you linked me with out any powders or supplements.
I'm not a Vegan; if you bothered to actually read my prior post in this topic you would know that. I was just pointing out your numerous flaws in logic and your ignorance on the subject in general. I eat a lot of meat, along with supplements to about 3400 calories per day for maintenance.

You think Bodybuilders don't have jobs? Especially ones who compete in vegan and natural competitions MUST have jobs since you make almost no money from those types of competitions.

You being in better shape than me is laughable.

Exactly when did I say that? I'd say read my posts again, but its obvious you never read them the first time.

Have fun doing Kipping Pull Ups at your crossfit gym until you tear apart your shoulders from doing them incorrectly. Don't even get me off topic on that overpriced cult known as crossfit.

Edit: This is fun. Please keep posting Snitch. I needed something to do on my day off.

Powerlifters may be able to 1RM 400, but only rep 250 for 8 reps.

I like a hybrid or pyramid rep range at the gym, activate fast twitch muscle fibers as well as slow twitch.

And as long as you get proper nutrition to aid in rebuilding the micro tears you achieve in your muscles at the gym, it doesn't matter if it comes from meat or other sources.

Yeah that's true. I like meat becuase it's more efficient to eat it then spend all day eating greens or beans and nuts, and it tastes great! I do remember my friend who was a super vegan in high school and we where BBQ'n one day, after about an hour we convinced him to just try a little meat. I beleive it was a new york steak and he was like "damn that tastes good" (first time he ever tasted meat). all we wanted him to do was just take a bite, next thing you know he asks for more lol, and now he eats a little meat every once and awhile.

Now go look at any other professional body builders diet and let me know how many celery sticks and strawberries you see in it.

    1) unless you are a Body Builder as profession you will never have time to look like the guy you linked as a veggy.
    2) Your wrong and here is why, http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/ch...ls-466684.html

    "plants are what food eats"
Wow I didn't think I'd come across someone more ignorant than last night in seaside... but alas, here you are.

1)The guy in the picture IS a bodybuilder...
2)you link me a post from a fitness site that is titled "Vegetarians suck balls" filled with bad grammar and zero science or proof? Good argument.
    3) You're*

I could stop there, but I may have to try to inform more ignorant people like you. Have you ever heard of supplements? There is vegan protein powder out that is zero (edit)carb, low fat and high in protein. That is EXACTLY what bodybuilders need to recover from work outs, whether vegan or not. Also, you can get protein and all of your BCAAs from non-animal foods like beans or peas.

Even though I don't subscribe to the vegan culture, you can build muscle on their diets, albeit slower and maybe not as much in an amount of time compared to a meat eating BB. If Calories in > Calories Exhausted, you gain weight.

Need more proof that vegan bodybuilding is viable? Here you go. And this. And all of these.
    And even more.

Would I be wrong if I guessed that you've never been to a gym since high school required it?
