And as far as shredding, I am still far from that, but it is coming. I am really jonesin' to hit some of the newer concrete parks around now...I could have only dreamed of that kind of terrain when I was skating. the public mindset seems to be allot different now, Skateboarding really was a crime back in the day lol

Only if you finance it. Which is why, after our foreclosure, we won't buy again until we can purchase outright.
You don't need to buy outright, you just need to pick the correct mortgage options and buy within your means. putting a good down-payment down is great, but making sure you have the money to cover unexpected expenses is something you should save and budget for. most people would NEVER be able to save enough for a house in these times (blown bubble markets not-withstanding.)
