Bought me and my wife new phones. First new phone I've had in almost 3 years. I've been using a cheap ass Wal-Mart phone. It's mind blowing what phones can do now and I feel really far behind as far as technology.
Bought myself the Nexus 5, fast as hell and the features/capabilities

Bought my wife a new Iphone 5c.

Next purchase will be a ktm 625 smc.

Idk about the retail price. I just told her pick a phone you want. She wanted an Iphone 5 so I pushed her towards the "C" since it already has built in protection. Also got her the case with the orange strips in it and a screen cover. Hopefully, the only way she breaks this is if she throws out the window on the highway.

I highly recommend the Nexus. Don't get the HTC. The nexus is about half the price and, from what I've researched, is the fastest phone on the market next to the LG Flex. It managed to download my Scottrade App, Geico App, Wells Fargo App, Facebook App, and about 6 others within 5 minutes. That includes me searching and thinking of what I wanted to download and it's very, very user friendly.
