                    I will actually be selling that slicer and if there's a market for it in the US, drop me a message.

                    It is fully manual like nickpro said, turning the wheel makes everything work, including the spacing of the meat slice thickness and the blade grinder on top. The meat plate rocks back and forth. I can make a video of how awesome it is if anyone wants.
                    Plus it is the highest quality you can imagine. Weighs like 100lb, shiny bits are stainless, parts are aluminium. This thing can be in service for another 50 years easily and would survive falling off a cliff.
                    Mostly used in italian restaurants for prosciutto.

                      $500 each is not expensive for wheels.

                      What you described is more like $2k+ per wheel.
